CENTURY 21 Scheetz in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking Buyers Agent/Realtor candidates with no license or experience required. We provide training, coaching, and leads from day one to help you build a successful real estate business in the Indianapolis area.

Openings available with flexible hours and a strong support network. You’ll work to build relationships, show homes, negotiate deals, and market listings, while benefiting from Launch 21 training, in-house marketing, and ongoing coaching.

• Complete 90 hours of Pre-Licensing via RECP online course.

CENTURY 21 Scheetz is looking for positive, driven, people-first individuals ready to build a business in real estate in Indianapolis, Indiana — no license or experience required. What You’ll Do

• Build Relationships: Network, stay involved in the community, and grow a business built on trust.
• Show & Sell Homes: Locate, tour, and show properties. Help buyers find the right home and sellers get the right price.
• Negotiate & Close: Negotiate deals, complete contracts, and manage every step of the transaction through sale.
• Market & Grow: Market listings through social and direct channels. Stay sharp with continued training and education.
