Job summary

Century 21 Action Plus Realty in Monroe Township, New Jersey is hiring Real Estate Agents. No experience required— we train you from the ground up to obtain your New Jersey license and start earning commissions.

As a Real Estate Agent you will prospect buyers and sellers, conduct showings, present and negotiate offers, guide clients through financing and inspections, and manage contracts through closing, with coaching, team meetings, and marketing support.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain New Jersey Real Estate License.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Complete onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and conduct property showings.
• Present and negotiate offers.
• Guide clients through financing and inspection process.
• Manage contracts from accepted offer to closing.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing continuing education.
