What does a job as a Real Estate Agent look like?

As a Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Action Plus Realty, your day is built around people and deals. You will prospect for buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking. You will schedule and conduct property showings, present and negotiate offers, guide clients through the financing and inspection process, and manage contracts from accepted offer all the way to closing. Real Estate Agents at our Little Egg Harbor office also participate in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and ongoing continuing education.
