You will share in the team's impact on all aspects of supplier communications, contract pricing, quality, and build schedule and will be responsible for supplier management and performance. Passion for our mission and vision is required!**Responsibilities:*** Work with internal stakeholders to create supplier selection criteria and create Requests for Proposal to solicit bid responses to meet company objectives.* Work with internal stakeholders to develop Statements of Work and appropriate payment milestone schedules. Hold supplier accountable for their performance to the SOW.* Coordinate supplier set up documentation for new suppliers and negotiate Non Disclosure Agreement, Master Service Agreement or Consulting and Professional Service Agreement language with suppliers.* Manage and develop strategic suppliers.* Evaluate current processes and practices to identify areas for improvement projects using Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques.* Accountable for Purchase Order life cycle management from requisition to invoice payment.* Serve as an escalation point for the resolution of discrepancies related to purchasing, delivery, receiving, accounts payable invoices, and payment to the supplier.* Serve as an escalation point for issues and challenges around supplier order management.* Monitor suppliers' performance and prepare reports and other records.
