Job Description

• As a Senior Buyer, you'll procure goods and services cost-effectively and timely. You'll develop relationships, negotiate contracts, and work closely with suppliers to maintain inventory levels. You'll maintain a lean inventory, implement cost-saving strategies, and ensure planning data integrity. Managing key supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services


• Leading initiatives to reduce expenses, and developing annual plans for continuous cost reduction improvements with suppliers


• Developing, maintaining and strengthening supplier relationships through effective contract negotiation, ensuring timely delivery and quality.


• Ensuring that planning parameters within the procurement software system support lean inventory requirements


• Mentoring less experienced buyers to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and developing their skills Compliance Rate

• Supplier performance Knowledge - Possess in-depth knowledge of purchasing, procurement, supplier management supply chain management and strategic procurement implementation.

Compensation

• The salary for this role will range from 81,510.00 - 121,800.00 USD annual based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, etc.


• Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives. Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
