They interact with leadership, suppliers, and external personnel to ensure coordination and compliance with company policies and procedures. The role involves managing more complex orders, negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers, conducting supplier performance assessments, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The Buyer I also handles procurement documentation and stays informed about market trends and cost-saving opportunities.In this role, you will manage procurement activities for more complex orders, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. You will negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements and conduct supplier performance assessments while maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers. Additionally, you will handle procurement documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and interact with leadership, suppliers, and external personnel on matters often requiring coordination between functional organizations.
