This role operates in a hybrid model, visiting the St. Louis office on Tuesdays and Thursdays to build supplier relationships and support global category strategy. You will analyze data, lead negotiations, and drive cost savings while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, finance, accounting, engineering or business management.
• 2+ years of experience managing projects with demonstrable success.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and presentations.
• Analytical thinking with demonstrated results; ability to tell a story with data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prioritize and decide effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analysis using Excel, PowerBi, and dashboards.
• Develop category and supplier profiles and present to leadership.
• Support negotiations and cost model development across sub-categories.
• Engage stakeholders and support development of category pipelines.
• Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and procurement activities.
• Track procurement performance metrics and apply sourcing tools.
