Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a purchasing professional to support MRO and manufacturing by sourcing aircraft engine parts and related services. You will handle RFQs, issue POs, and manage supplier relations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in purchasing or aviation, ERP/MRP experience, and strong Excel/Outlook skills. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations and Quality teams to track orders and resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, or aviation experience.
  • Experience with RFQs, purchase orders, supplier management, and inventory planning.
  • ERP/MRP system experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Support MRO and manufacturing operations by sourcing aircraft engine parts, components, repair services, and technical materials. This role is responsible for purchasing, supplier management, expediting, and ensuring materials are delivered on time and within budget.

Full-Time | Direct Hire

Responsibilities
  • Purchase aircraft engine parts, components, and repair services.
  • Issue RFQs, evaluate quotes, negotiate pricing, and place purchase orders.
