Job summary

nVent Enclosure Systems LLC is seeking an experienced supply chain professional for an onsite role in Blaine. You will analyze spend, manage procurement, and collaborate with project leads to reduce costs while maintaining data integrity across systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's in SCM, 3+ years’ experience, and strong MS Office and ERP/MRP skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with ERP and MRP systems.
• Skilled in using data and analytics to inform decision-making and forecast requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze spend and perform detailed supply market analysis and track performance results.
• Partner with Project Leads and Managers to assist with material cost reduction projects.
• Develop, document, and maintain common processes performed.
• Support supply management software's and systems becoming subject matter expert.
• Review demand signals and place purchase orders to fulfill raw material component requirements.
• Manage open purchase order dates, monitor vendor on-time delivery, and support vendor development.
• Maintain data integrity in key system fields to ensure accurate demand signaling and order placement.
• Use data and analytics to identify supply risks and collaborate with suppliers and Strategic Sourcing to implement solutions.
• Share material availability updates with Production Planning, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Analyze inventory levels and stock positions to optimize raw material component availability.
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing to align on replenishment strategies and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Quality teams on return material authorizations and engage suppliers in regular business reviews.

Pay Transparency

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Compensation Range:

$62,900.00 - $116,900.00

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
