Industrious Group Inc. in York, PA is seeking a Buyer to manage sourcing, negotiations, and procurement for heavy fabrication materials and services. You will partner with engineering, operations, quality, and finance to align supply with production schedules and long‑term objectives.
In this role you will develop sourcing strategies, qualify suppliers, drive cost reductions, monitor KPIs, and support logistics. Proficiency with Power BI and Epicor ERP is expected.

Position Summary & Objective The Buyer is a strategic procurement professional responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the supply of materials, components, and services required for a heavy fabricating manufacturing environment. This role oversees complex, high‑value purchasing activities across a global supply base, ensuring cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and adherence to quality and delivery requirements. The Buyer partners closely with engineering, operations, quality, and finance to support production schedules and long‑term business objectives.
