Amphenol Communications Solutions in Valley Green, PA is seeking an experienced Buyer to support mezzanine material procurement and supplier management. You will quote, procure and track materials, ensure correct shipping, and process supplier invoices.

You will work closely with Engineering to capture requirements, attend weekly NPI/DEV/Transfer meetings, and manage intercompany purchase orders. The role requires 2 years in manufacturing and strong communication, under pressure.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in a Manufacturing Environment.
• Proficient with Office packages.
• Ability to work in dynamic team environment.
• Excellent ability to communicate.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Understanding of AX Material Handling and system usage.

Responsabilidades

• Quote, procure and Support Mezzanine Material Pipeline.
• Understand and action Vendor Set up, Creating Purchase Orders, ensuring correct shipping method, making sure product is received and Supplier invoices are cleared to pay.
• Support the Supplier with documentation and testing requirements.
• Provide and follow up on feedback from Engineering to Supplier
• Attend and update weekly NPI/DEV/Transfer meetings on expected delivery and qualification status on new tooling.
• Create and Manage Intercompany purchase orders
• Manage inventory of indirect supplies onsite
• Work with Planning to ensure all demand is covered.
• Various other duties as required.

Responsibilities
