Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supply Chain professional to manage supplier relationships and drive procurement for multiple product lines. You will negotiate prices, ensure on-time deliveries, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to source cutting-edge defense technologies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Procurement or Supply Chain Management experience.
  • Experience with ERP and PLM systems.
  • Experience with technical procurement.
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Own procurement process cradle-to-grave for multiple product lines or commodity types.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Maintain procurement master data across multiple Bills of Materials to ensure accurate information is flowed to Planning and Production.
  • Support Sourcing Engineering & Manufacturing teams to determine best sources.
  • Identify and execute cost reduction projects; including strategic procurement and commercial term negotiation.
  • Onboard new suppliers in accordance with Anduril Quality Manual and maintain the Approved Supplier List.
  • Evaluate suppliers using procurement KPIs and analyze performance trends as part of the Supply Chain performance reviews.
  • Conduct research, benchmark, and collect market data to ensure a best-in-class supply base.
  • Place purchase orders and resolve downstream issues with receiving, finance, and accounting.

The Anduril Imaging team develops state-of-the-art imaging systems across both hardware and software, deployed to tackle the most significant security challenges of America and its allies. The team is heavily involved in utilizing computer vision, perception, electro-optical, infrared, and sensor data to give the US and its allies an advantage.

As a member of the Supply Chain Team, you willbe responsible formanaging supplier relationships, negotiating prices, and ensuring parts are delivered on time. WHAT YOU'LL DO

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in relevant manufacturing industries (e.g., Aerospace and Defense, Automotive, Space, Electronics)
  • FAR/DFARS experience

US Salary Range

$99,000 - $130,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
