Job summary

GDH is seeking a hands-on procurement professional to support development and execution of category strategies, drive sourcing events, and bolster contract management across centrally managed categories.

Responsibilities include leveraging market insights, building stakeholder relationships, and promoting policy adoption to maximize value and reduce risk. On-site work is required in a dynamic procurement environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant education, training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, category management, sourcing, or a related area.
• Experience with responsible and sustainable procurement practices.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and manage commercial risks across multiple categories.
• Experience leading large or complex sourcing initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and relevant procurement tools.
• Ability to analyze key performance indicators, market conditions, and sourcing opportunities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in an on-site environment.

Publishing Pay Range:

$30.00 - $40.00 hourly
