Waterstone Human Capital is seeking a Buyer to lead the purchasing function for our growing US operation, ensuring shop readiness for pump overhauls, spare parts, and equipment production. You’ll own supplier relationships end-to-end—from vendor qualification to negotiating terms and keeping orders on schedule.

You will build workflows, source and qualify suppliers, manage full PO cycles, and track performance to prevent delays, while coordinating inbound shipping and compliance for the facility

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of purchasing experience in technical manufacturing, repair, or industrial settings.
• Hands-on experience managing full purchase order cycles, expediting orders, and keeping inventory available.
• Strong negotiation instincts for day-to-day pricing, lead times, and delivery terms.
• Comfort reading mechanical documentation or parts catalogs for pumps and industrial equipment.

What You’ll Bring:
