Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to support a fast-paced purchasing team involved in sourcing materials, supplier management, and enabling successful new product launches.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering and supply chain teams, hands-on procurement operations, and contributing to process improvements through dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 1+ years of procurement or related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS preferred, SAP acceptable).
• Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set up new suppliers and maintain vendor information.
• Create and manage purchase orders.
• Maintain pricing, lead times, and procurement data within ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers to track deliveries and resolve shipment issues.
• Resolve invoicing discrepancies and purchasing-related issues.
• Support supplier onboarding and training on procurement processes.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and procurement documents.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and dashboard creation.
• Partner with engineering, product development, and supply chain teams to support new product launches.

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supply chain and procurement? We are seeking a Buyer to support a fast-paced purchasing team responsible for sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of new product launches

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting procurement operations, collaborating with engineering and supply chain teams, and contributing to projects focused on process improvement and operational efficienc

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related fi
• 1+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing, or operati
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle EBS preferred, SAP acceptab
