Aviatron, Inc. is seeking a procurement specialist to manage MROS and supplier relationships for aircraft component overhauls. You will monitor inventory levels, source suppliers, evaluate products, and issue purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and optimal margins.
Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, maintaining historical records, and coordinating with Product Management to align buys with inventory goals. Strong analytical and negotiation skills required.

Aviatron, Inc. takes pride in its’ key role of providing leadership in the use of quality Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) & Designated Engineering Representative (DER) parts on Air Cycle Machines for the largest Regional Jet Operators in the world. And in using quality PMA parts for the Air Cycle Machine’s rotating group on the CRJ & Dash 8 aircraft, we have achieved significant cost savings for our customers in the process without sacrificing quality or reliability. We endeavor to increase the availability of quality PMA parts to keep our customers’ costs low. Our capabilities encompass a wide range of manufacturers and aircraft components. Our overhaul facility is supported by dedicated and knowledgeable staff who strive to provide our customers with superior service and cost-effective solutions. We understand how important it is to keep our customers flying.
Base salary range: $60,000-$68,000 annually, plus bonus potential, comprehensive health/dental/vision/Life and disability insurance, 401(k) match up to 6%, and Vacation, sick days, flexible work.
Responsibility includes MROS and product supplies are adequately stocked and ordered. Negotiate with vendors and develop good working relationships with an array of suppliers in order ensure timely delivery of purchased products. In addition, store and maintain all required historical negotiation records.
