Anduril Industries is seeking a highly motivated Buyer to join our Procurement team in Costa Mesa, CA. You will support procurement activities for key programs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery of critical materials and services.

In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to align procurement with program goals, track KPIs, and resolve supply chain disruptions quickly. This is a growth-focused opportunity at a mission-driven defense tech company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field
• 3+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurement
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

US Salary Range: $108,000 - $143,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
