Job summary

Darigold is seeking a Butter Packaging Operator for the Pasco, WA plant. This role supports 24/7 operations, including weekends and holidays. You will run butter packaging lines, handle remelting tasks, and uphold safety, sanitation, and GMP standards across a high-volume facility.

Ideal candidates have one year of production experience and the stamina to lift up to 55 pounds. The job requires independent work and strong teamwork to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• At least 1 year of production experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
• Willingness to work all shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to lift up to 55 pounds and stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate butter packaging equipment, case packing, bundling, labeling, and palletizing.
• Perform remelting operations and maintain equipment efficiency.
• Keep work area clean and sanitized per GMP and safety rules.
• Document production activities accurately and timely.
• Assist training for new staff and support team goals.
• Maintain safety and quality standards across shifts.
