Job summary

First Student in Butler, PA is hiring a part-time School Bus Driver to start your day with pre-school pickup and end with the afternoon drop-off. You’ll be part of a community that keeps students safe and on time every day.

No prior driving experience is required, as we offer paid CDL training and a clear path to a rewarding local role. Sign-on bonuses of $7,500 for fully licensed drivers and $5,000 for new drivers accompany a strong benefits package.

As a First Student Part Time School Bus Driver you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport. You will be there at the start of the students' day with before-school pickup and at the end with an afternoon shift to bring students safely back home. No experience as a bus driver is required! Your day will include:

• A split shift, which means an early morning before-school pickup and an after-school drop-off with a few free hours in between
• Additional hours gained through trips and charters when available

School Bus Driver benefits:

• $32.00/HR starting wage, based on school bus driver experience and type of vehicle.
• $28.00 training pay rate for experience drivers; $20.00 training pay rate for non-experience drivers
