Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and assist where needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, kitchen, and storage areas.
• Assist with sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning duties throughout the restaurant.
• Support kitchen staff with basic prep or cleaning tasks when needed.
