This stylish and sophisticated Forbes 4-Star hotel features 360 rooms, 32,000 square feet of banquet space, and 5 food and beverage outlets, including a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby bar, club lounge, and in-room dining.

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: $29 per hour, based on experience and location.

Medical Insurance: Coverage available for you and your family.

Union Position: This position is part of the Local 25 Union, requiring full open availability. Schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated; hours and schedule depend on seniority and business needs, and may vary weekly.

As a Food Runner, your responsibilities include setting and clearing tables, stocking service stations, assisting food servers, and ensuring outstanding guest service and operational efficiency. Specific tasks include:

• Assisting food servers with table service, such as serving beverages and transporting meals.
• Preparing tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning, and setting tableware.
• Ensuring tableware is in good condition and reporting defects.
• Maintaining and cleaning food stations.
• Transporting dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
