Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Nashville seeks a Busser to support servers by keeping tables stocked with ice water, cheese rolls, and side dishes. You will handle setting up and cleaning tables, transporting trays, and assisting at service stations to ensure a smooth dining experience. Weekend availability is required.

This role is part of a busy, guest‑centric team with opportunities for growth and professional development within a renowned churrasco concept.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and transport objects up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides Server support by maintaining ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes and other items at each table.
• Executes table clean up and setup efficiently.
• Transports trays from dining room to dishwashing area.
• Completes any beginning or closing shift duties.
• Assists in maintaining each service station.
• Manages competing demands while putting the guest first.
