Job summary

Dave & Buster's is seeking team members to assist bartenders and servers by keeping the dining and bar area clean and stocked. You will help ensure fast, friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere for Guests in a dynamic, energetic environment.

Experience is not required, but a friendly demeanor and ability to smile through shifts, including days, nights and weekends, are essential. Medical benefits, 401K, and other perks are offered where applicable in the role.

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience with food, drinks and games.

• Performs opening/closing duties and party breakdowns.
• Restocks and prepares supplies for shift changes or close.
• Bus tables and maintains cleanliness of wait stations and restrooms.
• Assists Guests by clearing dishes, refilling beverages, and aiding in party setup.

POSITION SNAPSHOT

Assists Bartenders and Servers by maintaining area cleanliness and providing necessary support to ensure fast, friendly and accommodating service.

NITTY GRITTY DETAILS

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
• Takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.
• Creates a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members.
• Adheres to company’s sanitation procedures.
• Responsible for bus stand cleanliness and stocking.
• Ensures wait stations remain clean.
• Empties trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when a Manager requests.
• Performs opening/closing responsibilities, including party breakdown/duties.
• Restocks and prepares supplies for shift change and or close.
• Busses and resets tables.
• Offers assistance to Guests by clearing away dishes and glassware, and refilling beverages.
• Assists in party setup.
• Maintains cleanliness of restrooms, including restocking of supplies.
• Cleans high chairs and booster chairs.
• Assists other Team members as needed or when business needs dictate.
• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team members.
