Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring Busser, Runner, or Service Assistant for both dine-in and takeout. Training will be provided; customer service and hospitality are essential as you assist guests and support the restaurant team.

Full-time and part-time hourly positions are available in California. You’ll work with a team to guide guests, clear tables, restock, and ensure smooth takeout operations while maintaining a clean dining area.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and etiquette required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Previous experience not required—training provided.
• Must have / obtain Food Handler's Card.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering.
• Understand the restaurant menu to identify items for takeout and catering and assist guests in selections.
• Review orders with the guest at pick-up or delivery to ensure accuracy.
• Deliver a hospitality-focused experience and exceed guests' expectations.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables; bussing and resetting as needed; restock on stations.
• Understand seating layout and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
• Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout.
