Job summary

The Turning Point LLC operates a daytime-only breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant with over 30 corporate locations across NJ, PA, DE, VA and FL, plus franchised sites offering training and support roles.

Benefits include employee discounts, flexible schedules, and all tips paid daily in cash. Shifts end by 3pm daily, with opportunities to pick up shifts across locations and transfer if you relocate. Growth is emphasized, with many managers promoted from within.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to carry or lift 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wipe tables and seats.
• Set tables, replace condiments, or other supplies.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes to kitchens for cleaning.
• Running food as needed to both bar and server’s tables.
• Assist the servers with any needs they may have to keep the guests happy.
• Respond to any guest's requests during the shift.
