Job summary

MGM Resorts International is hiring a Busser/Runner at National Harbor, MD. You will maintain the dining room, storerooms, and beverage station to established cleanliness and stock standards, collaborating with servers to ensure guest service.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with prior fast-paced restaurant experience. Benefits include free meals, parking, health coverage, and opportunities for professional development; hourly pay starts at $14.93 with overtime per state law.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous relevant experience in a fast paced, high-volume restaurant (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed.
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles.
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed.
