Job summary

HCW Hospitality in Scottsdale is seeking a Busser/Runner to support servers and help create a clean, welcoming dining environment. You will quickly clear, clean, and reset tables, assist with delivering food and beverages, and help maintain the dining area.

The ideal candidate is team-oriented, detail-minded, and capable of multitasking under busy service periods, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and growth opportunities are available.

JOB SUMMARY

At Caesars Republic Scottsdale, a Hilton Hotel, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. As a Busser/Runner, you’ll support our servers and help create a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. Your efficiency and attention to detail will help ensure every dining experience is flawless.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Busser/Runner, you’ll keep our dining areas running smoothly. In this role, you will:

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Assist servers with delivering food, beverages, and refills to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
• Support the team by restocking supplies and ensuring everything is in its place.
• Handle guest requests with a friendly attitude and assist in providing a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
