Job summary

PopStroke Holdings LLC is hiring for a restaurant team member in Orlando. You will support both restaurant and bar operations, clear and reset tables, assist guests with the PopStroke mobile app, and ensure timely food delivery from kitchen to tables with attention to presentation and service quality.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the restaurant and bar operations.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware.
• Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app.
• Run food orders from the kitchen to tables in a timely manner, ensuring service standards.
• Utilize technology to complete food pick up and drop off; keep areas clean including restrooms and gaming area.
• Assist with opening/closing: clean, stack furniture, sweep floors, set up outdoor seating, remove trash.
• Provide friendly and attentive service, respond promptly to requests.
• Uphold safety and sanitation principles at all times.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient service.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Pay rate: $Hourly + tips

Essential Job Duties

• Support the restaurant and bar operations.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware.
• Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app.
• Run food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner, ensuring great customer service, accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Accurately utilize technology to efficiently complete food pick up and drop off service. - Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including the gaming area and restrooms. Restock service stations and restrooms.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures by cleaning and/or stacking chairs and tables, sweeping floors, setting up outdoor furniture and removing trash.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to requests.
• Uphold safety and sanitation principles at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service.
• Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays and multiple plates from the kitchen to tables.
• Must be able to safely use a ladder.
