The Old Spaghetti Factory in Newport Beach is seeking a motivated Busser to support our dining team. You will clear and reset tables, maintain clean seating areas, and help deliver outstanding service to guests.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach and stoop during shift.
• Able to lift 35 lbs without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are cleared of all dishes and materials.
• Clean, sanitize tables and seating, resetting tables for new guests to be seated promptly.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked supplies including utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items.
• Adhere to high safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for both staff and guests.
• Contribute as part of a team for excellent dining experiences for all our guests to enjoy.
