Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe in Atlantic City is seeking a Server Assistant to support servers and bussers in a busy cafe environment. You will clear and reset tables, sweep floors, empty trash, stock ice and products, and help maintain a clean, organized back dock to keep service smooth.

Required is a High School diploma or GED. You’ll work with a team, follow safety and sanitation standards, and uphold Hard Rock’s values. The role offers benefits and a dynamic, hospitality-driven workplace.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clearing dirty tables.
• Resetting tables.
• Sweeping the floor.
• Emptying trash cans.
• Stocking ice/products.
• Maintaining a clean and organized back dock area.
• Pre-bussing tables.
• Having a sense of urgency.
• Assisting and communicating with hosts, servers and other bussers.
• In some Cafes: removing ketchups; refilling guests’ drinks and setting up bar pre-mixes.
