TravelCenters of America seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly, accurate service at our quick service restaurant locations. You will engage with guests, help maintain a clean dining area, and support team members to ensure a positive experience for travelers.

Your role requires courtesy, efficiency, and a willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays in a busy travel center setting.

• Customer service experience preferred.

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you are key to the success of our quick service restaurant as you are responsible for providing friendly, accurate and efficient service to our guests so that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came!

In this role, you can expect to:

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
• Serve each customer courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
• Provide great tasting / quality food, and a clean restaurant environment for all guests
• Ensure that empty tables are ready to receive new guests; remove dirty dishes, sanitize the table, clean the seats and if necessary, sweep or vacuum the surrounding floor
• Follow proper safety procedures and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and guests
• Practice continual communication with restaurant managers and co-workers
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Typical Physical Demands

In this role, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear.
