Job summary

Wolfgang Puck Catering in Fort Worth at The Modern Museum is hiring part-time Bussers to set and clear tables, stock stations, and support service staff. The role includes shifts on Tue–Fri (lunch and dinner) or Sat–Sun (brunch), with catering on-call events possible; prior bussing experience preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Clears dirty tables quickly and resets serviceware as prescribed.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of service stations during all meal periods.
• Serves beverages and breads; assists servers with service as needed.
• Transports dirty tableware from dining area to dishwashing area.
• Performs general cleaning tasks using standard products as assigned.
• Folds napkins to maintain an adequate supply throughout the day.
• Restocks condiments and side stands as part of side work.
• Greet and seat guests as needed; perform other duties as assigned.

• We are hiring immediately for part time BUSSERpositions.
• Location: The Modern Museum - 3200 Darnell Street, Fort Worth, TX 76107. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part time; Tuesday through Friday, lunch and dinner shift, or Saturday and Sunday, brunch shift. Must be available for catering on-call events. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: One year of bussing experience is preferred. Willing to train!

Job Summary

Summary: Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting; promptly and consistently resets all serviceware as prescribed.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment, including silverware, linen and condiments; wipes down booths and chairs, moves tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary.
• Serves guests beverages, breads and butter and replenishes as necessary; assists servers with food and beverage service.
• Transports all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
• Performs any general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor.
• Folds napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply.
• Performs all assigned side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, and greeting and seating guests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
