Job summary

Tumbleweed Tex Mex Grill & Margarita Bar in Kentucky is seeking a motivated Restaurant Busser to support servers and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area for guests.

You will assist with bussing, cleaning, restocking, and opening/closing duties while upholding our sanitation standards and teamwork-driven culture in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant experience is a plus, and the role offers learning opportunities and growth within our hospitable team.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize and reset tables using Tumbleweed guidelines
• Assist servers in pre-bussing tables
• Maintain dining uniformity, cleanliness and organization
• Ensure that the service stations are adequately supplied
• Assist team members in doing what is necessary to serve the guest
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Maintains the restroom cleanliness
• Adhere to our sanitation and workplace safety standards
• Perform all side work as required
• Maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards
• Performs other duties as assigned
