Job summary

Allegria Village Senior Living in Dearborn, MI, is seeking a dependable Busser to join the Independent Living dining team. The role focuses on creating a welcoming dining experience for residents and supports servers to ensure smooth service in a community-setting.

You will clear, clean, and reset tables, assist with dining room setup, and maintain an inviting dining space while following safety and sanitation standards. Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables and remove dishes, glassware, and silverware promptly and efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining surfaces between guests.
• Reset tables with appropriate place settings in preparation for the next meal service.
• Assist with dining room setup before service and cleanup after meals.
• Support servers and other dining team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Replenish silverware, napkins, condiments, and other dining supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room throughout service.
• Follow established food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous, and respectful manner.
• Report spills, safety hazards, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
