Fogo de Chão is hiring Busser/Bussers in the United States (New York area). This role supports servers by maintaining water, cheese rolls, side dishes, and other table items, while ensuring clean tables and stations.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and transport objects up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides Server support by maintaining ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes and items at each table.
• Executes table clean up and setup efficiently.
• Transports trays from dining room to dishwashing area.
• Completes beginning or closing shift duties.
• Assists in maintaining each service station.
• Manages competing demands while keeping guest first.
