Responsibilities

• Clear dirty dishes from dining room and transport to kitchen area.
• Reset tables with clean linens and table settings.
• Restock dining room supplies.
• Prepare and maintain service stations with soups, salads, desserts, and other items.
• Replenish service stations with utensils and dishes.
• Serve ice water, butter, and other accompaniments.
• Clean and polish sneeze guards, glass shelves, and equipment.
• Support servers and dining room operations for timely guest service.
• Greet guests promptly in a friendly, professional manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
