Responsibilities
- Clears dirty table settings quickly and prepares table for resetting; resets serviceware as prescribed.
- Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations during all meal periods with necessary equipment.
- Serves guests beverages, breads and butter and replenishes as necessary; assists servers with service.
- Transports dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
- Performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor.
- Folds napkins to maintain an adequate supply.
- Performs side work and restocks condiments.
- Performs other duties as assigned, including greeting and seating guests.
