Job summary

Fogo de Chão seeks a Busser to support servers by replenishing water and sides, setting tables, and transporting trays. You will participate in station upkeep and assist during busy service periods, contributing to a smooth dining experience for guests.

Candidates must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and be available on weekends and holidays. Full-time and part-time benefits align with employment status and tenure.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to coordinate with servers and kitchen staff.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides server support by maintaining ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes and other items at each table.
• Executes table setup and cleanup efficiently.
• Transports trays from dining room to dishwashing area.
• Completes opening/closing shift duties.
• Assists in maintaining each service station.
• Manages competing demands with guests at the forefront.
