Tommy Bahama is hiring as an ambassador of our island lifestyle, delivering 5-star dining experiences and leading a hospitality-driven team. You’ll help create a relaxed island vibe, greet guests, and support servers with food delivery in a full-service setting.

Applicants should have 1+ years of serving experience, a food handler’s card, alcohol certification, and a strong guest service orientation. High school diploma or GED required, with willingness to perform other duties as needed.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

• Create a relaxed destination – Greet all guests with a friendly smile, demonstrating genuine hospitality and work as a team player
• Set the course – Deliver exceptional services by assisting servers with food delivery to guest
• Build the perfect oasis – Practice table maintenance, clearing and setting tables according to Tommy Bahama standards
• Support your crew – Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and Guests

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

• You have 1+ years of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
• You have a current food handler’s card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law
• You have basic knowledge of food and beverage service/hospitality
• You have excellent guest service skills
• You have a high school diploma or GED
• Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
• Routine standing for duration of shift
• Maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: Hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other tools listed in training manual
• Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
