Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group is hiring for an hourly, non-exempt role at our California location. You will buss, clean, reset tables and assist in public areas while promoting menu items to guests. You’ll answer phones, support all restaurant operations, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

Applicants should have strong customer service, be a team player, and obtain the California CSR within 60 days of starting. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle fast-paced situations.
• California CSR certification must be obtained within 60 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Buss, clean, and reset tables; maintain guest areas for a smooth experience.
• Know the menu to confidently upsell food and beverages.
• Answer phones promptly and direct calls appropriately.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support all restaurant areas as needed.
