Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is recruiting a seasonal Busser for our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. You will support the dining room by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with table resets, and clearing dishes between courses to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of Bussing/Runner experience, enjoy flexible hours including nights and weekends, and be able to work in a fast-paced venue environment. No diploma is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience or training as a Busser or Runner in a similar dining setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Check-in with management for daily assignments and attend pre-shift briefing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room.
• Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables.
• Reset tables according to plan or management instructions.
• Assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen.
