Job summary

Guadalajara Grill in Fernley, NV is seeking a friendly Busser to join our front-of-house team. In this role you will help create an outstanding dining experience by keeping tables clean and resetting them quickly between guests.

You'll support servers, refill drinks, and maintain a welcoming dining area. Prior restaurant experience isn’t required—we’ll train the right person, with opportunities for growth and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Positive, hardworking, and reliable.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on their feet for extended periods.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and helping guests as needed.
• Keep the dining room, patio, and service stations clean, organized, and stocked.
• Refill ice, cups, napkins, condiments, and other supplies throughout your shift.
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
• Support your team wherever needed during busy service times.
