Unidine is hiring for a full time BUSSER at Moorings Park Grande Lake, Naples, FL. The role supports food servers, clears tables, stocks stations, and helps deliver a smooth dining experience for residents and guests.

Requires at least 2 years of fine dining experience; senior living community experience preferred. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and more. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of prior fine dining experience.
• Experience working in a senior living community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment.
• Serves guests beverages, breads and butter and replenishes as necessary; assists servers with food and beverage service.
• Transports all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
• Performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor.
• Folds napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply.
• Performs side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands.
• Performs other duties as assigned, such as greeting and seating guests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
