Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a helpful busser to keep dining areas clean and efficient in a fast-paced environment. You will clear tables quickly, transport dishes to the kitchen, and assist with setup, cleanup, and maintenance as needed.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly with guests and coworkers, thrives under a flexible schedule, and has at least 1 year in food service. A valid food handler’s card may be required by local law.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality preferred.
• The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Thrived in a fast-paced environment and embraced working a flexible schedule.
• A food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and efficiently clear restaurant tables.
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing.
• Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance.
