Responsibilities

• Ensure that menus and utensils are clean, polished, and replenished.
• Manage inventory of table supplies and condiments.
• Report damages, shortages, and complaints to the manager.
• Move tables and chairs to accommodate customers as needed.
• Tidy the restaurant after service and prep for following service.
