Job summary

True Food Kitchen in Columbus is seeking Back Servers/Bussers to keep the dining room clean and guest-ready. You will clear and reset tables, assist servers, and help deliver beverages while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• You are true to the belief of amazing service and hosting guests.
• Experience in a fun, fast paced restaurant environment would be beneficial.
• Flexibility to work nights, holidays and/or weekends is doable.

Responsibilities

• Make sure the dining room is perfect by clearing and resetting tables after guests leave.
• Help servers by providing refills and clearing used tableware between courses.
• Check floors, bars, and restrooms and clean as needed.
• Assist dishwashers by stocking dishes in appropriate areas.
• Ensure spills are cleaned quickly with minimal guest disturbance.
• Assist with food delivery and large party support during peak times.
• Thank guests when leaving and inquire about their experience.
