Job summary

Blue Plate Restaurant Company in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Busser to support our front-of-house team. You will ensure 100% cleanliness at tables, dining rooms, bars and patios, and handle glassware, silverware and plateware during and after service.

You will collaborate with Hosts and Bussers to keep the shift running smoothly, bring energy and hospitality to every guest, and perform daily tasks with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness of tables, dining rooms, bars and patios.
• Remove glassware, silverware and plateware during or after each visit.
• Sanitation of seating areas and tables.
• Communicate between Hosts and Bussers to keep the shift running smoothly.
• Demonstrate energy, enthusiasm and hospitality throughout the shift.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
