Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Irvine, CA is hiring Busser / Bussers to support our servers, keep tables prepared, and ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience. You will assist with ice water, side dishes, and table cleanup while staying attentive to guest needs.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand and walk for long periods, and work on weekends and holidays. We offer full-time and part-time positions with benefits, and the chance to earn tips in addition to the fixed hourly

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides Server support by maintaining the ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes and any other items as directed at each table.
• Executes table clean up and setup in an efficient manner.
• Transports trays from the dining room to the dishwashing area.
• Completes any beginning or closing shift duties.
• Assists in maintaining each service station.
• Manages competing demands while putting the guest first.
