Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Shift flexibility, including weekends and holidays.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in a similar resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories; fold napkins and maintain clean ashtrays on tables in smoking areas.
• Clear, clean, sanitize booths/chair cushions and tables; reset with linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and tabletop items.
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens; transport to kitchen for washing and trash disposal.
• Coordinate table availability and communicate with servers, hostesses, and management to turn tables efficiently.
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks; refill as needed.
• Ensure dining room floors are clean and debris-free.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
