Job summary

Fogo de Chão in the United States is seeking motivated Bussers to support servers, maintain dining station cleanliness, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for team players who thrive in fast-paced environments and are available on weekends and holidays.

You’ll assist with ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes, transport trays, and set up/cleanup for each shift, while prioritizing guest needs and smooth service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to assist in maintaining each service station

Responsibilities

• Provides server support by maintaining ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes and other items at each table
• Executes table cleanup and setup efficiently
• Transports trays from dining room to dishwashing area
• Completes any opening or closing shift duties
• Assists in maintaining each service station
• Manages competing demands while putting guests first
